Cave Dragons:
Are more lizard like in body shape and structure and are usually dark in color because of the caves they live in. Their scales shimmer like gems such as ones found in their environment.
They have medium speed, but a very strong body for fighting. Their tails are their main weapon however some can use elemental power but it’s usually weak and only dealing with light manipulation of the earth.
Wood Dragons:
Are medium in size and have a rather interesting body type. They have a body that is much like large dog (but the size of a horse or even larger). Their body is very flexible so they are able to weave in and out of trees.
Their colors are very earthy to help them blend into the earth, mainly mossy greens and tans. Their flesh isn’t the toughest but stronger then most animals.
They use their sense of hearing and sight to the fullest and are very stealthy.
They have a medium speed.
They use their fangs, claws, and tails as their main choice in weapons. Most are able to pound the ground with great force to cause mini earth quakes, while others are able to send out an almost sonic roar that will stun an enemy.
Rock Dragons:
They range in size from small to large depending on the land they live. The larger of their kind live in the mountains and Canyons where the smaller live in rocky terrain. They flesh is harsh and very sturdy and can take a lot of damage.
Their colors range from earth tones, to greys, to even shades of blue all depending on their range of land.
Most Rock Dragons are able to use fire as a way to protect themselves along with using their body as a weapon.
Rock Dragons are also known to have spikes on their tails as well. Most have wings and are able to fly with great speed. Their land and air speed are equal.
Ice Dragons:
These dragons are usually smaller in size and very fiesty. They love to play practical jokes and are never alone, they travel in pairs. They have a childish likeness about them but are very dangerous.
They are able to use Ice and have super sharp claws and teeth.
They are very fast in the air but slightly slower on the ground.
Their body type is like that of a Pterodactyl, some however have their wings on their back while most are attached to their forearms.
They are able to send out a high pitch squeal that will cause their enemy to get confused.
Skin Dragons:
Are the fastest and the smallest of all.
Their body is small and mimics that of a bat with long legs and no wings. Their skin isn’t like normal reptiles and have no scales, just a flesh. The flesh itself is a very lucid pale color, hence their name.
Their skin is super tough and can hardly be broken into, they however can be wounded but it takes a lot of effort to harm them and to even kill them. They are the oldest of the Dragon race and very few are left.

Pepico awoke the next day bright an early, with a yawn he stretched his arms nearly hitting his headboard. He opened his eyes slowly and squirmed his way out of bed moaning the whole time. He then made his way to the washroom for his morning routine; a piss, bath, brush, dry off, then dress, the same thing he did every morning and every morning.
He wore a deep blue tunic with silver patterns along the collar and base, the sleeves were long to keep him warm in this cold weather along with a pair of thick black pants. He rubbed his neck as he left his washroom almost in a trance. He walked across his room and into the hallway in a matter of seconds. Once in the hallway he stood on his tip toes and stretched his arms out then above his head letting his wings open wide before he closed them against his back again. Pep then slowly made his way to the galley for a fast meal of toast and bacon with a glass of Dernberry Milk. He thanked the kitchen help then made his way to the front doors of the Castle.
“Heading out young master?” One of the guards asked.
Pepico nodded; “Yea I need some fresh air.”
“Just be careful young master, don’t wander off.”
Pep just rolled his eyes as he left the warmth of the castle. The air was crisp and cool and blew right through him. He shivered a little then rose his own body temperature to deal with it. He opened his wings slightly and glided down the stairs to the yard. Once he landed on the ground he sighed as he heard the crunching of the snow. He ignored his hate for it as he made his way over to the stables.
Khendar was tending to the animals and giving out orders to the stablemen. Pepico smiled as he walked slowly up to the others, he didn’t want to startle the animals. He started to make out some of the things Khendar was saying, it seemed he was listed off instructions for the next day as well, Pep’s ears twitched as he remembered.
“Getting ready for you trip?” Pep had walked up behind Khendar.
Khendar turned around laughing a little at the Dragonkin: “Yes I am, as soon as I’ve finished my rounds on the grounds here I’ll be heading out. I can’t wait to see my sister and the Divines know how much I miss your sister.”
Pep gave a weak smile; “Yeah, I haven’t heard from her in a while. Though she did mention to me that she was doing well and not to worry about her.”
Khendar smiled and put a hand on Pepico’s shoulder; “I’m sure she is fine, though I am a little worried myself her letters have been more sparse over the last few weeks.”
“Yea.”
The two of them stood there for a moment before Pepico gave a weak laugh and a smile hoping it would make Khendar stop looking at him with such a furrowed brow. Khendar gave a smile as he turned his attention back the animals; “So, you’ll have your lessons as normal with Ame and Dual will be around to check on things so-“
“Khendar, please don’t worry I’ll be fine. Just let Hex know that too okay.”
Pepico was scratching at his arm harder then before, that itching was coming back. He slowly started to walk away as he tugged at his scales, his mind began to wander as he slowly made his way around the back of the castle.
He saw one of the servants chopping wood and gave a smile. The working seemed tired and rather cold. Pepico walked over to the man being careful to not scare the poor bloke. He waved as a breeze kicked up causing some of the freshly laid snow to kick up and hit them in the faces.
“Would you like some help?” Pepico asked as the man dropped the axe for a rest.
“I’ll be fine sir, but thank you.” The servant replied.
Pep shrugged; “I’m not doing anything, I don’t mind lending a hand.”
The servant shook his head; “I’m sorry lad, but it’s best that I take care of this myself.”
Pepico nodded and said his goodbyes as he started to walk around again. He opened his wings a bit to help block the air the was blowing around him. Again he began to rub at his arms.

Pepico sat in his room going over the book Ame had given him. He’d been working hard and had learned so much in such a short time it amazed him, all the herbal magic that was there. It was so powerful but at the same time it was only enough to help people, and that’s all he wanted it to be.
He laid back in his bed and stretched his spine it popped once then cracked. He had been sitting hunched over for hours and he was finally starting to feel it. He moaned as he looked around his room then sighed when his eyes reached his fireplace. The fire had died down and needed more wood.
“Gah, better put another log on that, unless I want to freeze.” Pepico grunted as he sat up.
He got out of bed and cracked his back again. He shuffled over to the fireplace and grabbed another log with his tail. He took it in his hands and placed it gently onto the flame. It sparked then lit up with new life. He smiled as he stood straight again. His eyes began to wander as he scratched at his arm, soon a knock came upon his door. He dropped his hand and moved to the wooden door and opened it.
“Good evening Master Pepico,” Calan greeted him. She held a tray in her hands as she wore a smile upon her face; “You missed dinner again so I brought some to you. You really must keep track of time before it gets the better of you.”
Pepico laughed a little as he took the tray from her; “Sorry, guess I’m still getting use to it here. Thank you anyway Calan, I’ll be sure to bring the tray back when I’m done.”
“Alright then, you take care.”
Pep just gave a smile then closed his door with his tail. After sitting the tray down on a small table he took a seat. A sigh escaped him as he rubbed at his temples he took in a few deep breaths letting the smell of the food take him over, he felt bad almost as if he didn’t deserve this meal.
“You’re over thinking again, they’re your family and care for you. Father may have been harsh, cruel, and well just, whatever. However he was starting to lighten up a bit before I left…” Pepico trailed off as his stomach growled.
He rolled his eyes and lifted the lid on the tray and a smiled spread across his face, it looked fantastic. Smoked Elk meat with potatoes and carrots served with sour dough bread and a mug of Hard Cider. He laughed a little as he praised the Divines for such a wonderful meal then he dove right in and devoured it.
Pepico cleared his bed of all the books and scrolls then stacked the notes he had been taking and put them on his dresser in a satchel bag. He cleaned up his dinner tray and picked it up then made his way down the hall to the galley. The halls were so quiet, ever since Demi, Dreach, and Garret went to Styx, even Hex was gone. He sighed as he entered the galley just thinking about everyone being gone made him feel lonely. He dropped the tray off and and left before anyone even noticed him.
Back down the hall he went scratching at his arm again, he felt itchy. He entered back into his room and closed the door tight behind him. He removed his shirt and pants and tossed them into the hamper. He ran his hands over his scars and drew a heavy sigh. He took hold of his sleep pants and tunic and put them on. He tossed another log on the fire and put the guard up on it. He yawned as he scratched his belly and made his way back over to his bed. He flopped down onto and crawled under the blankets and drifted off to sleep.
